Q1: How do I contact you regarding your services?

You may contact us via email, telephone, by mail or online chat (i.e. MSN messenger). We can also schedule a meeting if you would like to discuss your concept in person.

Q2: What are the first steps to getting started?

We will ask that you begin by submitting your files (i.e. sketches) via email or fax in any graphic format such a TIFF, JPEG or PDF.

** Please note that faxing your drawings/sketches may lead to a loss of quality and information.

Once we receive the required information, then we will contact you by telephone or email to schedule a meeting to discuss further detail of your project.

Q3: How small or large can the project be?

It doesn’t matter! If your project is small then we can work with small shops to prepare single drawings and for larger projects, we can help with the detailing and maintenance of CAD data.

Q4: How do you manage consumer’s data file?

We would set our consumers up with an online easy accessible folder which would be secured by a password. We can also use a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) client if you prefer.

Q5: Can you offer onsite service and support?

Yes, we do offer onsite service and support. We understand that some projects may require onsite support and we can mobilize our staff to meet your project requirements.     

Q6: What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time would vary depending on the scale and complexity of your project. However, we want to maintain the best customer service to our clients and would be willing to work together to meet your competing deadlines.        

Q7: Does Drafting-Modeling offer design services?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer any design services. Please keep in mind that with our help and your support, we can work together to come up with a solution that would work best for your company. 

Q8: How can you ensure the security and confidentiality of our data?
We guarantee that all data and information is keep completely confidential between our clients. Our computers have a safeguard system and as stated in question #4, any data stored online is secured by a password.   

Q9: How do we receive the completed project?
Once we have completed the project, we will create a final package to return to the client. The package will include electronic files of all client documents and the project. We would send the project to the client by the method they choose.

Method #1: Project can be sent by email and would be password protected.

Method #2: Project can be copied to a CD-ROM (DVD) and shipped by priority mail. 

Please note that once we completed the project the client may request that all paper documents be destroyed to ensure confidentiality.
